Dear friends all over the world:)

two days ago Paulin and me did a toning just in his parents house. It was the 21st of December and we were toning for the new age, that has started now. It was very beautiful and intense. When we put our energies together and focusing on something bigger, what connects us all, we can create something wonderful and send it out into the world:)

Now, in this sense I want to wish you an enjoyable,warm, happy, peaceful, sweet-smelling Christmas with loved people around you. And a good start in the first new year of a new age. Fresh energy, trust and believe, joyful moments, good meetings and a lot of sun and smile for 2013.

And I invite all of you, to think in this days of celebration (yes, the light is coming back – days are getting longer:) of all the people who are not as lucky as we are, who are ill or in need and to send a lots of good thoughts, positive energy and hope to them. Giving them our awarness, our compassion and love. With „steppps helps“ we want to do more and more practical help too. So if you feel like sharing something with the people, support them (with goods, words or whatever you would like or can give), it will be great.

And I want to say thank you to all of the people we met this year on our pilgrimage and thank you so much to all of YOU, who are following us, supporting us, connecting with us, sharing the visions of a more peaceful world (inside of ouselves and outside). Let`s go on, step by step, looking for where we want to go, being the changes ourselves, that we want for the world. Just alltogether we can make this pilgrimage work!:)

Let`s face the good that already is and spread it more and more .
